What This Means
KindPlate is a physician-authored medical nutrition publishing site. Some links on this site are affiliate links — meaning that if you click on a link and then purchase a product or service, KindPlate may receive a small commission from the seller. This commission comes at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you use an affiliate link or go directly to the brand’s website.
