KindPlate is a physician-authored medical nutrition publication produced by Mazhar Khan, MD. The Service includes:

5. Digital Guides and Purchases

If and when KindPlate offers digital guides for purchase, the following applies:

• All purchases are processed through a third-party payment processor.
• Digital guides are delivered electronically and are licensed for your personal use.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem accessing a guide you have purchased, contact us and we will make it right.
• Pricing is set by KindPlate and may change at any time. Once you have purchased a guide, your purchase price is locked.

6. Affiliate Links and Disclosures
